Hi, I'm Camilla
I’ve been fascinated by transformation for as long as I can remember — not just the outer kind, but the way creativity can shift perspective, ignite confidence and change how someone feels in their own skin.
That passion led me to study Design for Performance at Central Saint Martins, followed by professional training at Greasepaint Makeup School, where I honed my craft in hairstyling, makeup and character design.
I began my career in 2009 working in TV, film and theatre, but quickly realised my true calling: bringing that same level of artistry and care to real people on the most meaningful days of their lives.
I launched CJC Hair & Makeup in 2010 to make high-end, performance-level styling accessible beyond the stage and screen — giving every client the chance to feel like the star of their own moment.
At CJC, we’re big on personality and even bigger on connection.

From the trial through to the wedding itself, Camilla really listened to what I wanted and understood the overall look I was trying to create. I especially loved how she picked up the lilac and purple tones from my flowers and incorporated a subtle purple hue into my eye makeup. It was such a thoughtful detail and tied everything together beautifully without ever feeling too much.
My makeup felt soft, elegant and natural, and I still felt completely like myself. My hair was equally beautiful — romantic soft curls with a delicate half-up style that worked perfectly with my dress and stayed looking wonderful throughout the day, including plenty of dancing!
Camilla was also exactly the kind of person I wanted around me on the morning of my wedding — warm, calm and professional. There are so many things going through your mind on a wedding day, and knowing that my hair and makeup were completely taken care of was one less thing to think about.
Looking back at our photographs now, I couldn't be happier with what she created. Everything worked together beautifully, and more importantly, I felt beautiful without having to worry about a thing.
