It was a crisp October morning as I made my way to The Waldorf Hilton in central London to look after the gorgeous bride, Emma, and her bridal party back in 2017.
Emma came to me via recommendation from another one of my lovely brides called Valentina, who tied the knot 2 months prior at The Sheraton Grand, Park Lane – you can see Valentina’s wedding feature here.
The fabulous Blake Ezra was on hand to capture all the wonderful moments of the day and there was a wonderful high energy atmosphere that morning with Emma, her mother, sister and 2 bridesmaids all getting ready in the same room. I also had an extra pair of hands from Fanny who was stationed in another room to take care of 4 more ladies.
We started at 11am and had a busy morning ahead of beautifying everyone to ensure that they were all ready for 3pm.
Emma was torn between hairstyles at the trial and decided she wanted the best of both worlds – and quite rightly so on her big day! Her uncle, who was travelling in from the US, was a hairstylist and offered to help her later on to change it, so I put her hair up in such a way that he would be able to take it down after the ceremony and that way she could enjoy a more relaxed, half up half down style for the party.
The 3 bridesmaids I looked after opted for pretty half up half down hairstyles and a natural, glowy makeup style and Emma’s mother, Karen, also opted for a half up half down style too!
As you can see from this particular photo, it was one hell of a party!
The venue was decorated to perfection and the Chuppah was absolutely stunning, lowly lit with gorgeous flowers tied to it from Miri Moses.
Emma looked completely radiant in her gorgeous dress from Essense Of Australia and it really was such an honour to be part of her special day.
Emma and Nathan, wishing you both many wonderful years together and a huge congratulations on your beautiful new arrival, Harley – I hope to meet him soon!
Mazel Tov once again lovelies!
